(no subject)

Went down to USC today at the invitation of my National Board teacher to speak to the new seniors (about the National Board). She's paranoid that the school is going to cut the class or that the students aren't motivated enough. Since she was an excellent instructor (truly OCD, but that's a good thing in this case) I was happy to help her out. I ended up spending about an hour talking to the students and answering questions. Mostly it boils down to: STUDY! And go to class! And you'll pass! (hey, a rhyme!)

I have an interview tomorrow in Pasadena for a full time hygiene position. It's a "chain", so not the best dentistry, and my friend who works for the company is being worked like a dog .. but I need the work. The office looks nice, courteous staff, etc. And they pay very, very well. If it isn't truly awful, and I do get the position, this would be a great opportunity to just crank out the work and be able to pay off my loans ASAP. We'll see!
